Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a storage unit that can data-latch data with different acquisition timings; and an input control circuit which, for each of a plurality of processing devices, controls whether or not to input, to the processing device, input data transmitted from a control target device, in response to an input request from the processing device to the control target device, wherein the input data is formed by eliminating an information difference caused by the acquisition timing difference through data-latching of the storage unit. As the determination criteria, the identity determination for each output data or the majority vote is adopted. In the identity determination, if there is a non-identical combination of output data, it is determined as a malfunction. The majority vote is applied when the output data is three or more systems, and it is determined whether or not there is a malfunction on the basis of the result of the majority vote.
