Abstract:

This control method comprises: acquiring time information including a wake-up setting time; acquiring a sleeping state of a sleeper who is stimulated by a stimulation device; determining a change in the sleeping state; causing the stimulation device to start to increase stimulation that promotes awakening of the sleeper, at a control start time that is a predetermined time before the wake-up setting time; and controlling the amount of a change in the stimulation on the basis of a change in the sleeping state according to the stimulation.
