Abstract:
A control method for a garbage can type dust collector, and an electronic device and a storage medium. A dust collection pipeline of the garbage can type dust collector is connected to a garbage can (120). The control method comprises: determining whether a dust collection request is received (102), involving: when the dust collection request is received, acquiring the state of a top cover (130) of a garbage can (120) (104); determining whether a garbage can type dust collector is closed according to the state of the top cover (130) of the garbage can (120) (106); and if the state of the top cover (130) is such that the garbage can type dust collector is closed by the top cover (130), starting a first driving assembly of the garbage can type dust collector so as to start a dust collector mode (108). By means of the control method for a garbage can type dust collector, the efficiency of the garbage can type dust collector is improved, and cleaning personnel's time is saved; and since a dust collection electric motor is started only when a top cover (130) of a garbage can (120) is closed, the effective working interval of the garbage can type dust collector is guaranteed, and the situation of garbage spillages caused by the garbage can (120) not being closed is prevented.
