A control method and a control system for an ice-making device, and an ice-making device, belong to the field of refrigeration devices. The ice-making device comprises a timing apparatus and a water inlet apparatus, and the control method comprises: acquiring a water inlet time set by a user; and controlling the start of water inlet of the water inlet apparatus in cases where the time of the timing apparatus reaches the water inlet time. As the ice-making device can control the water inlet apparatus according to the water inlet time set by the user, the user can reasonably set the water inlet time according to his/her own use requirements and the working environment of the ice-making device, thereby improving the ice making effect of the ice-making device and improving the flexibility and adaptability of the ice-making device.
