A control system and method, and an electronic device (30), a mobile device (40), and a computer-readable storage medium. The method comprises: generating a control according to a source code in a programming interface (210), and displaying the control on a UI interaction interface (211); in response to a trigger event for the control on the UI interaction interface (211), generating a first control instruction on the basis of a communication protocol supported by the programming interface (210) and an operation of a controlled device (20) associated with the control, wherein the operation of the controlled device (20) associated with the control is determined on the basis of an interface that is provided by the controlled device (20) and called in the source code; converting the first control instruction into a second control instruction of a communication protocol supported by the controlled device (20); and controlling, according to the second control instruction, the controlled device (20) to execute the operation of the controlled device (20) associated with the control. Interaction with the controlled device (20) is performed by means of a control, such that the degrees of richness and freedom of programming are increased.
