Abstract:
The present application relates to a controllable rotary electrostatic spinning device, comprising: a liquid storage tank used for containing a spinning solution; a spinning sphere, at least part of the spinning sphere being soaked in the spinning solution, and the spinning sphere being rotatable relative to the liquid storage tank; a driving mechanism, which drives the spinning sphere to rotate; a receiving mechanism arranged on one side of the liquid storage tank; and a power supply mechanism electrically connected to the liquid storage tank to form an electrostatic field together with the receiving mechanism, wherein the receiving mechanism is arc-shaped, and the circle center of the arc-shaped receiving mechanism coincides or basically coincides with the circle center of the spinning sphere, such that spinning efficiency is ensured, and the orientation and uniformity of a spun nanofiber can also be improved.
