Abstract:
Provided is a configuration adjustment device which is for a controller performing feedback control on a process volume, and which can perform more appropriate parameter configuration adjustment. A configuration adjustment device (1) is for a configuration parameter set for a controller performing feedback control on a process volume in a plant having a boiler, the configuration adjustment device being provided with: a present load acquisition unit (21) for acquiring a present load value (Lp) of the plant; a present configuration acquisition unit (22) for acquiring a present configuration value (Cp) of the configuration parameter; an input/output acquisition unit (23) for acquiring deviation (D) between the subject value (SV) and a process volume measurement value (PV) at a time when the present load value has been acquired and acquiring a manipulation volume (MV) outputted from the controller to a manipulation end in accordance with the deviation under the present configuration value; a new configuration determination unit (3) that determines a new configuration value (Cr) for the configuration parameter on the basis of the present load value, the deviation, the present configuration value, and the manipulation volume having been acquired; and a transmission unit (4) for transmitting the determined new configuration value to the controller.
