Abstract:
In the present invention, a server 1 serves as a controller which is capable of controlling a massage chair 5 that has a movement mechanism and is installed and used so as to be available for use by an unspecified large number of users. The server: detects a treatment request for the massage chair (S5); identifies a treatment location on the basis of the request (S7); controls the movement mechanism to move the massage chair to the treatment location (S13); and controls the massage chair, upon receipt of a starting instruction at the treatment location, to start a massage operation (S27).
