Abstract:
A convenient piping fixture for a lockstitch sewing machine for suit production, comprising a bottom plate, a guide plate, a bent frame, an abutting seat, and a piping material. The piping material is threaded through the guide plate and the bent frame, a fixed seat is fixedly arranged on one side surface of the abutting seat, a through groove is formed in the fixed seat, the piping material is threaded through the through groove, a placing groove is formed in the surface of the top wall of the through groove, a cutting tool is arranged in the placing groove, and a straight rod is fixedly arranged on the top surface of the cutting tool. The straight rod can be driven to move by pressing a pressing plate, so that the top end of the cutting tool is in contact with the surface of the piping material, the cutting tool is driven to move by means of continuous movement of the straight rod, and the piping material is cut off after piping for a suit is completed, thereby avoiding manual cut-off operating by an operator and effectively improving the operating efficiency; in addition, after the pressing is released, by means of elastic resilience of a spring, the cutting tool is driven to be stored in the placing groove, so that it is convenient and simple to use and the effect is better.
