Abstract:
An information processing device (101) receives external environment information together with an instruction to start a chat from an outdoor first information processing terminal (102), and then starts a conversation on the basis of the external environment information by a chat bot in the first information processing terminal (102). On the basis of information received in the conversation by the chat bot and the external environment information, the information processing device (101) outputs recommendation information including map information (Mp) to the first information processing terminal (102). When detecting that the first information processing terminal (102) has entered indoor area, the information processing terminal (101) outputs recommendation information in which the map information (Mp) has been changed to indoor map information (IdMp) to the first information processing terminal (102). The information processing device (101) updates the recommendation information in accordance with succession of the conversation from the first information processing terminal (102) to an indoor second information processing terminal (103), and outputs the updated recommendation information to the second information processing terminal (103).
