Abstract:

This conveyance device is provided with a rod-shape member (2A) which contains a magnetic body, a cover (20A) which, formed from a non-magnetic body, covers the rod-shape member (2A), a first terminal member (22A) into which one end of the rod-shape member (2A) is inserted, a second terminal member (23A) into which the other end of the rod-shape member (2A) is inserted, and a drive device (4A) which is connected to the first terminal member (22A) and which rotates the rod-shape member (2A) about the center axis of said rod-shape member (2A), wherein the rod-shape member (2A) and the first terminal member (22A) are fixed together, the cover (20A) and the first terminal member (22A) are fixed together, the rod-shape member (2A) and the second terminal member (23A) are not fixed together, and the cover (20A) and the second terminal member (23A) are fixed together.
