Abstract:
The present invention relates to a conveying screw for a food waste disposal device, which can stir, crush, or cut food waste while conveying the food waste in order to reduce the amount of food waste discharged from households, restaurants, and the like. The conveying screw for a food waste disposal device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a rotary shaft; a conveying screw formed in a spiral shape on the outer circumference of the rotary shaft and comprising rotating spiral blades for stirring, crushing, and cutting food waste while conveying the food waste in one direction; and an outside air supply hole formed through each of the rotating blades so as to supply outside air to the food waste positioned between each adjacent pair of rotating blades and thus discharge water vapor from the food waste through bubble formation.
