Abstract:
A cooker is provided with: an induction-heatable metallic container (20) that is capable of accommodating an object to be cooked and that comprises a bottom section (20b) and a side wall section (20a); blades (10) that are arranged so as to be freely rotatable on the bottom section (20b) of the container (20), that rotate, and that thereby apply external force to an object to be cooked; and a stand (30) on which the container (20) is placed and through which a high-frequency magnetic field for inductively heating the container (20) can pass. In addition, the stand (30) is provided with: a drive unit (40) that is provided further outward than the bottom section (20b) of the container (20) placed on the stand (30) and that generates power for rotating the blades (10); and a power transmission section that is provided below the bottom section (20b) of the container (20) placed on the stand (30) and that transmits the power generated by the drive section (40) to the blades (10). The cooker is configured so that rotation of the blades (10) causes external force to be applied to an object to be cooked accommodated in the container (20).
