Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a cooking spoon with which it is possible to mash a large amount of ingredient without involving great effort or causing pain to the user, and a cooking set that includes the same. [Solution] A cooking spoon 100 which comprises a long handle part 110 to be held, and a spoon body 120 that is connected to the handle part 110 and has a bowl portion 121 formed to be concave vertically downward, wherein the handle part 110 includes a distal end part 111 that is connected to the spoon body 120 and has a recessed portion 111a that accommodates the tip of a finger, and a base end part 112 that is connected to the distal end part 111 and has a curved surface shape that protrudes vertically upward.
