Disclosed is a cooling device for a color masterbatch processing apparatus, belonging to the technical field of color masterbatch processing apparatuses. The cooling device for a color masterbatch processing apparatus comprises a workbench, wherein a working box is fixedly connected to the workbench; a water suction tank is fixedly connected to a telescopic rod; a sponge is fixedly connected in the water suction tank, with the left side of the sponge being fixedly connected to the water suction tank; a second spring is sleeved on a cylindrical rod; a first extension pipe is fixedly connected to a fourth extension pipe, with the bottom of the fourth extension pipe being fixedly connected to a thin pipe; the thin pipe is slidably connected in a third extension pipe; the third extension pipe is fixedly connected to a plug block; and the plug block is slidably connected in the thin pipe, and the plug block is attached to the inner wall of the thin pipe. According to the present invention, water for cooling a color masterbatch tape is in cyclic use, which ensures a cooling effect and also saves energy; and the water on the cooled color masterbatch tape is absorbed by the sponge, and excessive moisture in the sponge can be removed spontaneously, which is time-saving and labor-saving.
