Abstract:
Provided are: a copolymer rubber which has all of processability, strength and homogeneity and is suitable as a modifier for resins or the like; and a crosslinked rubber composition having excellent mechanical strength, wear resistance and the like. A copolymer rubber produced by copolymerizing a raw material comprising a polyfunctional vinyl aromatic copolymer (A), a conjugated diene compound (B) and an aromatic vinyl compound (C), wherein the polyfunctional vinyl aromatic copolymer (A) contains structural units (a) each derived from a divinyl aromatic compound, structural units (b) each derived from a monovinyl aromatic compound and structural units (d) each constituting a terminal, the structural units (a) are contained in an amount of 2 mol% or more and less than 95 mol%, at least some of the structural units (a) are vinyl-group-containing structural units (a1) and at least some of the remaining structural units are structural units each constituting the structural unit (d), and the number average molecular weight of the copolymer rubber is 300 to 100000.
