Abstract:
A copper ion fiber and HIGH flame-retardant composite fiber fabric, and a manufacturing method therefor. The copper ion fiber and HIGH flame-retardant composite fiber fabric comprises the components in percentage by mass: 20% of a copper ion fiber and 80% of a polyester fabric. Moreover, further provided is a manufacturing method for a copper ion fiber and HIGH flame-retardant composite fiber fabric, comprising the following step: S1, performing a blend spinning method: mixing copper powder with polyester by using the blend spinning method, so as to prepare a copper ion fiber. By performing the blend spinning method, taking materials, washing, dispensing an adhesive, bonding, cutting, maintaining, preparing a liquid, absorbing and soaking, washing, performing rail pressing, and drying, sandwich type combined processing is performed on the copper ion fiber and the polyester fabric, so that a common polyester fabric has the wash durability of the copper ion fiber; moreover, quantitative absorbing and soaking, and rail pressing are performed on the fabric, and thus, the fabric is dyed and soaked with a highly flame-retardant solvent, thereby effectively improving the flame-retardant effect of the fabric.
