Abstract:
A core drilling rig liquid channel starting mechanism, comprising a lock body (3), a locking rod (2), a shear pin (5), and a center rod (1). The lock body (3) is sequentially provided with a locking section (31), a sealing section (32), and a liquid channel section (33) from rear to front; a shear pin hole is provided on the side wall of the locking section (31), the locking rod (2) is provided in the lock body (3), and the locking rod (2) is sequentially provided with a connecting section (21), an outflow section (22), a closed section (23), and an inflow section (24) from rear to front; a groove (212) is provided on the outer wall of the connecting section (21), the shear pin (5) is provided in the shear pin hole and the groove (212), an outflow hole (221) is provided on the side wall of the outflow section (22), an inflow hole (241) is provided on the side wall of the inflow section (24), the center rod (1) is provided in the locking rod (2), and an inner cavity (72) of the liquid channel section is communicated with an inner cavity (73) of the inflow section by means of the inflow hole (241); before starting, the shear pin (5) penetrates through the shear pin hole to be embedded in the groove (212), and an opening in the outer wall of the outflow hole (221) is closed; after starting, the locking rod (2) moves forwards, the shear pin (5) performs shearing, a shear pin (5) head is provided in the shear pin hole, a shear pin (5) tail is provided in the groove, and an inner cavity (71) of the outflow section is communicated with the inner cavity (72) of the liquid channel section by means of the outflow hole (221). According to the core drilling rig liquid channel starting mechanism, before starting, a liquid flow channel is blocked, and after starting, hydraulic pressure is provided for a working part.
