Abstract:
Provided are a core piece with outstanding bonding capability with a resin section and low loss, and a reactor. The present invention is a core piece constituting a magnetic core disposed on the inside and outside of a coil formed by winding a winding wire, wherein the core piece is provided with a peripheral surface which is parallel to the magnetic flux of the coil and to which a peripheral surface resin section that integrally supports neighboring core pieces is bonded, and the peripheral surface is provided with a non-conductive region that disrupts conductivity in the circumferential direction of the peripheral surface and a plurality of grooves that do not pass through the non-conductive region. The non-conductive region and the plurality of grooves are formed by laser processing, for example.
