Abstract:
The present invention relates to a core-shell copolymer, and more specifically provides a core-shell copolymer comprising a core and a shell which covers the core, a preparation method therefor, and a thermoplastic resin composition comprising same. In the core-shell copolymer, the core comprises conjugated diene-based monomer-derived repeating units and a phosphate-based crosslinking agent-derived crosslinked part represented by chemical formula 1 (see the description), the shell comprises first alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer-derived repeating units, second alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer-derived repeating units, and sulfonate-based ionic monomer-derived repeating units represented by chemical formula 2 (see the description), the amounts of the core and the shell are, with respect to 100 parts by weight of a total of the core-shell copolymer, 68-92 parts by weight and 8-32 parts by weight, respectively, the core has a swell index of 2.7-10.9, the shell includes 1-16 wt% of the sulfonate-based ionic monomer-derived repeating units, and the shell has a weight average molecular weight of 105,000-645,000 g/mol.
