Abstract:
Provided are vinylidene fluoride particles which enable the provision of an adhesive layer that rarely blocks pores formed on the surface of a separator even when the adhesive layer undergoes a thermal pressing step. Each of core-shell-type particles according to the present invention contains a core part and a shell part surrounding the periphery of the core part, wherein the core part contains a first polymer containing a structural unit derived from vinylidene fluoride in an amount of 98% by mole or more, the shell part contains a second polymer that has, as the main structural unit thereof, a structural unit derived from vinylidene fluoride and is different from the first polymer, and the second polymer has a lower melting point than that of the first polymer.
