Title:
CORELESS VIBRATING MOTOR USING ALIGNING SHAFT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2000/035066
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A coreless vibrating motor using an aligning shaft, comprising a housing consisting of a case and a bracket fixed to the case, a fixed shaft fixed in the housing, and a flat coreless eccentric armature rotatably mounted to pivot on the fixed shaft, wherein one end of the fixed shaft is held on the case or bracket with the axis center of the fixed shaft adjusted and is fixed to the case or bracket without tilting the fixed shaft. The above arrangement can eliminate a deviation itself from the shaft center that might otherwise be encountered when the fixed shaft is attached to the case or bracket by press-fitting and keep constant a gap between a field magnet and the flat coreless eccentric armature, thereby providing a high-quality, thinner coreless vibrating motor using an aligning shaft without variations in product quality.
