Abstract:
Provided is a corrugated steel sheet rolling punching machine, wherein, two roller shafts, an upper roller shaft (2) and a lower roller shaft (3), are arranged in the advancing direction of a corrugated steel sheet (1), the roller shafts are distributed along the upper and lower sides of the corrugated steel plate, the axes of the roller shafts are parallel to each other and are located in the same vertical plane, the plane is perpendicular to the plane where the corrugated steel plate is located, a gear hobbing (4) is provided on the periphery of the roller shafts, the gear hobbing comprises a crest (5) and a tooth valley (6), and a punch (7) or a hole groove (8) is respectively arranged on the crest and the tooth valley at the end part of both ends of the upper roller shaft and the lower roller shaft, wherein the punch and the hole groove are distributed on the crest and the tooth valley of the gear hobbing at intervals, wherein the punch of the upper gear hobbing corresponds to the hole groove of the lower gear hobbing, and the hole groove of the upper gear hobbing corresponds to the punch of the lower gear hobbing. The corrugated steel plate rolling punching machine is simple in structure and high in efficiency, reduces the working procedures, saves the operation time, and the formed hole position precision is high, which is conducive to the subsequent splicing between various sheets.
