Abstract:
A cosmetic brush for applying a powdered cosmetic, wherein the tip surface (2a) of the brush section (2) is provided with a central application surface area (20) in which bristle density is high and a peripheral application surface area (21), which is provided around the outside of the central application surface area (20) and in which the bristle density is lower than the central application surface area (20). The brush section (2) has a two-layer inside/outside structure obtained from an outer brush section (23) comprising a mixture of long bristles (30) and short bristles (31) and an inner brush section (22) in which the lengths of the bristles are uniform. The tip surface of the outer brush section (23) is the peripheral application surface area (21) and the tip surface of the inner brush section (22) is the central application surface area (20).
