Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cosmetic dispenser and a skin care system having same. The cosmetic dispenser: is linked to a skin diagnostic device to discharge an appropriate amount of optimum cosmetic product by selecting or combining cosmetic products having a necessary substance from among multiple types of cosmetic products in an automated method in accordance with a skin type diagnosis; enables easy mounting and removal of cartridges; and has a space-intensive structure advantageous in producing a simple and beautiful product. To this end, the cosmetic dispenser comprises: a base panel; a rotating drum provided to be rotatable about the base panel and having a plurality of cartridge mounting holes, which have open top and bottom, along the circumference; the plurality of cartridges each accommodating a cosmetic product therein, having on the lower part a pumping member which can discharge the cosmetic product accommodated inside through a discharge port when pressed with a predetermined force or higher, and mounted in the cartridge hole of the rotating drum such that the discharge port is protruding downward; a first actuator providing a driving force so as to rotate the rotating drum; and a discharging means having a second actuator and, by means of a driving force provided by the second actuator, pressing a pumping member of a cartridge positioned at a point due to the rotation of the rotating drum, and thus discharging a cosmetic product accommodated in the cartridge.
