Abstract:
Disclosed are a cosmetic hand tool and a cosmetic instrument. The cosmetic hand tool comprises a hand tool shell (1) and an energy generation module (2) located inside the hand tool shell (1), wherein one end of the hand tool shell (1) that is adjacent to the energy generation module (2) is provided with a therapeutic action surface (101) in contact with the skin, and the hand tool shell (1) is provided with a speed detection device for detecting the relative speed of the therapeutic action surface and the skin; and the speed detection device is electrically connected to a controller for controlling the output power of the energy generation module (2). The cosmetic instrument comprises the cosmetic hand tool of the above structure, wherein the cosmetic hand tool is connected to a host computer. The present invention can rationally adjust the output power, improve the degree of uniformity of the energy action distribution, enhance the cosmetic effect, and improve the operation safety of same.
