Abstract:
Novel coumarone analogues exhibiting excellent antitumor activities, which are compounds of general formula (1), salts of the same, or esters thereof, wherein R?1¿ is hydrogen, C¿1?-C¿6? alkyl, or the like; R?2¿ is hydrogen, C¿1?-C¿6? alkyl, or the like; R?3¿, R?4¿, R?5¿ and R?6¿ are each independently hydrogen, C¿1?-C¿6? alkyl, or the like; X is a single bond, -(C=O)-, -(C=NOR?7¿)-, or the like; R?7¿ and R?8¿ are each independently hydrogen, C¿1?-C¿6? alkyl, C¿2?-C¿6? alkenyl, or the like; A is -(C=O)- or -SO¿2?-; U is -CH¿2?- or the like; Y is -O- or -S-; Q is hydrogen, nitro, hydroxyl, or the like; k is an integer of 1 to 6; m and n are each independently an integer of 0 to 8; and Ar?1¿ and Ar?2¿ are each a benzene ring or the like.
