Abstract:
The present invention relates to a coupler for an air respirator. The present invention comprises: a socket body having a through steel ball receiving hole for receiving a master ball and a hollow sleeve installed on the outer peripheral surface thereof; a hollow plug body coupled to the socket body, a discharge tube of an apparatus for supplying fluid being coupled thereto; a stopper for restraining the sleeve to fix the sleeve at a moved location; a locking unit which interlocks with the sleeve moved along the socket body and restrains a part of the master ball at the plug body, thereby locking the plug body coupled to the socket body; and an unlocking unit which interlocks with the sleeve and releases the restraints of the sleeve restrained at the stopper and the master ball restrained at the plug body, thereby unlocking the locked plug body, wherein the unlocking unit includes a first unlocking unit and a second unlocking unit. In the present invention, the unlocking is possible only when the unlocking is conducted in a first step and a second step.
