Abstract:
The cover member according to the present invention is a member which is disposed on a surface of an object, the surface having an opening, to prevent a foreign object from passing through the opening. The cover member is provided with: a protective film having a shape such that the opening is covered when the cover member is disposed on the surface; and a first base material layer joined to one principal surface of the protective film. The first base material layer has a laminate structure comprising two or more base material films, and is positioned between the protective layer and the surface when the cover member is disposed on the surface. The two or more base material films comprise a non-foamed film and a foam film. The cover member according to the present invention is suitable for improving delamination from a member supplying sheet.
