Abstract:
In this CR oscillation circuit, resistance elements configuring a series circuit comprise a first resistance element with a significant temperature coefficient of resistance, and a second resistance element with a temperature coefficient of resistance that is less than the first resistance element. A capacitor and/or the resistance elements for oscillation is trimmable. A first switch circuit which is connected between the series circuit and a non-inverting input terminal of a comparator turns on if the output signal of the comparator indicates a high level, and a second switch circuit turns on if the output signal indicates a low level.
