Abstract:
A cradle head system and a control method therefor, the cradle head system comprising a base (1), a cradle head (2) disposed on the base (1), and a joystick (3) for controlling the cradle head (2); and the cradle head (2) is used to mount an image capture device (100). The control method comprises: detecting that the cradle head system generates mode switching; acquiring a current mode of the cradle head system; and according to a control signal of the joystick (3) corresponding to the current mode and a mapping strategy between cradle head joint angles, controlling the cradle head (2) to rotate, wherein the mapping strategy is different for different modes.
