Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a 5th generation (5G) or pre-5G communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate than that of a beyond-4th generation (4G) communication system such as long term evolution (LTE). The present disclosure is to transmit or receive data and control information in a wireless or communication system. An operation method of a terminal comprises the steps of: receiving configuration information for cross-carrier scheduling; identifying whether a carrier indicator field (CIF) presence field is included or not in the configuration information for a secondary cell (SCell); when the CIF presence field is included, receiving downlink control information for other cell through the SCell; and performing bandwidth part (BWP) switching for the other cell on the basis of the downlink control information.
