Abstract:
The present application provides a cross-device communication method and apparatus, a device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: a network device receiving a call request from a calling party, the call request comprising identification information of a first terminal device being called; on the basis of the identification information of the first terminal device, calling the first terminal device and at least one second terminal device, identification information of the second terminal device and the identification information of the first terminal device corresponding to a same user account; receiving an accept command of a user, the accept command being used to instruct a third terminal device among the first terminal device and at least one second terminal device to accept the call request; in response to the accept command, sending a call response to the calling party. The network device of the present application can simultaneously call a first terminal device and a second terminal device that are under the same user account. The user can choose whether the first terminal device or the second terminal device accepts the call, facilitating rapid transfer and acceptance by the user, and improving user experience.
