Abstract:
Provided is a crosslinking agent comprising a compound that is represented by formula (1). In formula (1), R1, R2, and R3 are each independently a hydrogen atom, a fluorine atom, an alkyl group, a fluorinated alkyl group, a substituent, or an unsubstituted aryl group. The plurality of R1 may be the same or different. The plurality of R2 may be the same or different. The plurality of R3 may be the same or different. At least one of R1, R2, and R3 is a hydrogen atom and at least one of R1, R2, and R3 is a fluorine atom or a group containing a fluorine atom. m is an integer of 2-6 and l is an integer of 0-2. The hydrogen of the benzene ring may be substituted.
