Abstract:
A cryogenic device (100) is provided with: a hermetic container (102); a cryogenic refrigeration machine (10) provided with a first-step cooling stage (16a) that is disposed in the hermetic container (102); and a to-be-cooled member (104) disposed in the hermetic container (102) so as to have a gap that is with respect to the first-step cooling stage (16a) and that enables heat exchange therewith. The first-step cooling stage (16a) is provided with a cold fin (30) that extends toward the to-be-cooled member (104) in a direction perpendicular to the refrigeration machine axial direction (C). The to-be-cooled member (104) has formed therein a fin reception groove (32) that is recessed in a direction perpendicular to the refrigeration machine axial direction (C). The fin reception groove (32) extends along the refrigeration machine axial direction (C). The to-be-cooled member (104) receives the cold fin (30) in the fin reception groove (32) so as to have a gap therebetween.
