Disclosed are a crystal form of an L-proline cocrystal of a sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitor, a preparation method therefor, and a pharmaceutical composition and a use therof. Particularly involved are the crystal form of the L-proline cocrystal of the compound (2S,3R,4R,5S,6R)-2-(3-(4-(((1R,3s,5S)-bicyclo[3.1.0]hexane-3-yl)oxy)benzyl)-4-chlorophenyl)-6-(hydroxymethyl)tetrahydro-2H-pyran-3,4,5-triol, shown by formula (1), of the sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitor, the preparation method therefor, and the pharmaceutical composition and the use thereof.
