Disclosed is a crystal oscillator circuit on a PCB. The crystal oscillator circuit comprises: a crystal oscillator, which comprises an input end, an output end, a first grounding end, and a second grounding end; a first capacitor, of which one end is connected to the input end; a second capacitor, of which one end is connected to the output end. The first grounding end is connected to a first grounding hole, the second grounding end is connected to a second grounding hole, the other end of the first capacitor is connected to a third grounding hole, and the other end of the second capacitor is connected to a fourth grounding hole; the first grounding hole, the second grounding hole, the third grounding hole, and the fourth grounding hole are independent from one another and are not connected to main board ground of a layer where the crystal oscillation circuit is located. Also disclosed are a PCB and a server. According to the solution provided in the present invention, radiation emission of a crystal oscillator design of the server can satisfy a B-level, and the A-level radiation of the server is reduced by more than 90% compared with the A-level radiation of the server in the same industry.
