Abstract:
This crystal vibrator (1) is provided with: a crystal vibrating element (10) having excitation electrodes (14a, 14b) and connection electrodes (16a, 16b) electrically connected to the excitation electrodes (14a, 14b); a base member (30) having electrode pads (33a, 33b); conductive holding members (36a, 36b) which connect the connection electrodes (16a, 16b) and the electrode pads (33a, 33b); a lid member (20) which forms, between the lid member and the base member, an internal space (26) for accommodating the crystal vibrating element (10), wherein the conductive holding members (36a, 36b) are cured products of a conductive adhesive agent having a silicone resin as a main component, and the conductive adhesive agent contains an epoxy compound having at least two epoxy groups.
