Abstract:

This current generating circuit is provided with: a MOS transistor to which one line among a power supply line and a ground line, and a source terminal are connected; a voltage generating circuit which generates a first voltage corresponding to the resistance value of a wire between said one line and the source terminal; and a control circuit which causes the MOS transistor to generate a prescribed current on the basis of the first voltage.
