Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to achieve a highly accurate output current with a simple circuit configuration. This current source circuit comprises: a first transistor pair circuit that divides a current into two; a second transistor pair circuit that is connected downstream of said first transistor pair circuit, and that operates so as to generate a constant current; and a gain-controlling transistor, the base of which is connected to the collector of one transistor in said first transistor pair circuit, the collector of which is connected to the base of said first transistor pair circuit, and the emitter of which is connected to one emitter of said second transistor pair circuit. Of the pair of transistors in said second transistor pair circuit, the transistor to which the emitter of said gain-controlling transistor is connected is diode-connected. A resistance element is connected between the collector and the emitter of said transistor in said second transistor pair circuit, and also between said emitter and an output terminal.
