Abstract:
The present invention which relates to curtain hanging apparatus which enable easy hanging of the curtains on any type of curtain rods installed over the windows in places such as houses, workplaces etc., and which inserts all types of curtain roulettes on the curtain rod without any jamming during application, is generally composed of; upper profile (1) with curtain movement channel (1.1), head (2) that usually is inserted into the curtain rod inlet during application, curtain carrying latch (3) carrying the curtain roulette (13) to the curtain rod from the upper profile (1), stepped guides (3.1) on the curtain carrying latch (3), movement shaft (4) transferring the movement to the curtain carrying latch (3), shaft return arm (4.1) that enables to pull back the curtain carrying latch (3) when the curtain is placed in the curtain rod, body (5), lower profile (6), lower profile channel (6.1), moving arm (7) that returns with spring mechanism and enables the user to move curtain carrying latch (3), roulette attachment spot (8) in the roulette pass hole (1.2) on the curtain movement channel (1.1), handle (9), shaft carrying washer (10) transferring the movement of the moving arm (7) to the movement shaft (4), movement guide washers (11) which enable the stable movement of the movement shaft (11) and lower cover (12) that is attached to the gap below the lower profile (6).

CLAIMS

1- The present invention relates to curtain hanging apparatus and it is characterized by being composed of;

An upper profile( 1 ) with at least curtain movement channel( 1.1);

- Head(2) at the end of the upper profile(l), that usually is inserted into the curtain rod inlet during application;

- At least one curtain carrying latch(3) that moves in the upper profile(l) and head(2) and that transfers the curtain roulettes(13) to the curtain rod;

Moving arm(7) that enables the user to move curtain carrying latch(3);

- Movement shaft(4) transferring the movement created by the moving arm(7) to the curtain carrying latch(3);

Body(5) holding the whole structure together;

- And lower profile(6).

2- It is the curtain movement channel(l . l) mentioned in Claim l 'de and it is characterized by having at least one roulette pass hole(1.2) which enables the insertion of the curtain roulettes 13) into the curtain movement channel( 1.1).

3- The present invention relates to the curtain hanging apparatus and it is characterized by having a roulette attachment spot(8) that enables the curtain roulettes(13) to pass through roulette pass hole(1.2) and be inserted in the curtain movement channel(l.l). 4- It is the curtain carrying latch(3) mentioned in Claim 1 and it is characterized by having stepped guides (3.1) that hold the curtain roulettes(13) during the forward movement and do not touch the curtain roulettes(13) while moving back.

5- It is the movement shaft(4) mentioned in Claim 1 and it is characterized by having a shaft return arm(4.1) that enables pulling back of the curtain carrying latch(3). 6- It is the invention mentioned in Claim 1 and it is characterized by having shaft carrying washer(lO) transferring the movement of the moving arm(7) to the movement shaft(4).

7- It is the invention mentioned in Claim 1 and it is characterized by having a movement guide washer(l 1) which enables the stable movement of the movement shaft(4)

Description:
CURTAIN HANGING APPARATUS

The present invention relates to the curtain hanging apparatus, which enables easy curtain hanging on all types of curtain rods installed over the windows in the spaces such as houses, workplaces and which inserts all types of curtain roulettes on the curtain rod properly without being stuck during the application.

It is a very troublesome work to hang the new and washed curtains on the curtain rods that are installed over the windows. This work generally is performed by hand by standing on the objects such as a stool, chair, ladder etc. in order to reach the curtain rod. It takes quite a long time to insert the curtain roulettes one by one by hand on the curtain rods that are installed high above. In general, the roulette inlets of the curtain rods are close to the wall corner, which makes the curtain hanging work even more troublesome. Due to this, the person who hangs the curtains can have pain in his neck, shoulders and back. Moreover, the person who steps us the chair or ladder in order to hang the curtains are exposed to the risk of falling. Specifically, the hanging the new washed curtains, which got heavier due to being wet or moist, on the curtain rods is a quite tiring work.

In order to eliminate such negativities; some curtain hanging products and applications are developed in the present technology. .

One of the solutions in the known technology is the curtain rods that are attached to the ceiling by magnets, hooks, rollers, clips, hinges etc, which are detachable. Such curtain rods can be lowered from the ceiling and can be installed on the ceiling again after the curtains are hanged. This Way, the user is not required to stand for a long time on objects such as a stool, chair, ladder for hanging the curtains. However, it is required to change the old curtain rods in order to use such products. This state means extra cost for the user. Moreover, it is not easy to reinstall back the curtain rods on which wet and heavy curtains are hanged. The apparatus such as clips, rollers, hinges in the detachable curtain rods can loosen by time and deform. product in the known technique is based on the principle of passing the curtain roulettes from the channeled structure which is similar to the curtain rod to the curtain rod on the ceiling. In this product, the curtain roulettes are inserted to the channeled structure similar to the empty curtain rod. After the curtain roulettes are passed through the channels, the

5 channeled structure is placed to the end of the curtain rod perpendicularly. Afterwards, the arm under the channeled structure is pushed and all the roulettes are provided to pass to the curtain rod. In this product all the roulettes are pushed into the curtain rod in one time. Moreover, the roulettes are lined one after another in the empty channel without any level or separation. This state can cause the roulettes to be stuck within the channel or the curtain

L0 inlet. In order to minimize the risk of being stuck, the user is required to hold the channeled structure perpendicular to the curtain rod. However, even the smallest movements can cause the roulettes to be stuck. Since the roulettes are pushed in one time, this product is not convenient for the long and heavy curtains. It is difficult for the user to push the arm when hanging heavy, wet and long curtains. Hanging two curtains on the curtain rod is not possible

L5 since the roulettes get stuck.

The present invention relating to curtain hanging apparatus which enables hanging curtains easily on any type of curtain rods installed over the windows in spaces such as houses, workplaces etc., and which places any type of curtain roulette on the curtain rod without being stuck during application, overcomes the above mentioned disadvantages completely

10 and is characterized by; allowing the user to easily hang the curtains by himself without using any object such as a stool, chair, ladder, enabling the hanging of curtains of any size and weight, enabling operation with any type of curtain roulette, preventing the curtain roulettes from being stuck thanks to its stepped latch, passing two or more curtains one after another as problem-free to the curtain rod, being producible in different dimensions and as a result, its

»5 capability to be used on each ceiling height and in any curtain with any length, operability easily without any physical power and having a fast and practical use.

The present invention provides the hanging of curtains of any size, length and weight, in a fast, easy and problem-free manner on the curtain rods installed on any height of ceiling without using any stools, chairs, ladders.

50 The present invention provides the hanging of the curtains without using any stools, chairs, ladders, thanks to its long profile structure with curtain moving channels. It is easily hanged on the curtain rods thanks to the heads available at the upper end of the upper profile. The roulette attachment spot on the curtain movement channel on the upper profile enables easy passing of the curtain roulettes through the channel.

There is a curtain carrying latch with guides (in steps according to the curtain movement direction) in the curtain movement channel. The guides in the curtain carrying latches prevent 5 the roulettes from being jammed after one another. The curtain roulettes are carried to the curtain rod through these guides. This way, the curtain roulettes are inserted on the curtain rod without any jamming thanks to the curtain carrying latches with guides. Moreover, since the curtain carrying latch can move within the curtain rod, the curtain roulettes are inserted orderly on the curtain rod.

L0 Curtain carrying latch is moved by the moving arm. Each time the moving arm is pulled; the curtain carrying latch move towards the inside of the curtain rod to a certain extent. So, each time, a certain amount of roulette passes into the curtain rod. This way, the jamming of the roulettes at the curtain rod inlet is prevented. As a result, curtains of any length and size can easily be hanged on the curtain rod. Moreover, two or more curtains can be hanged on the

L5 curtain rod in a problem-free manner.

When the curtain or curtains are hanged on the curtain rod, the curtain carrying latch is pulled back. The guides on the curtain carrying latch is in stepped structure and do not touch the roulettes when pulled back.

The present invention can be produced in different sizes and is usable in the curtains of any 10 size and ceilings of any height. The invention can easily hang the wet and heavy curtains thanks to its sound structure.

The present invention is explained in details through sampling with the attached drawings; such drawings are as;

The use of the invention is as follows:

There is as least one roulette pass hole(1.2) on the curtain movement channel(l .l) of the upper profile(l). Roulette pass hole(1.2) provides the placement of the curtain roulettes(13) L5 into the curtain movement channel(l.l) by expanding the curtain movement channel(l .l).

Roulette attachment spot(8) with flexible structure in the middle is placed on the roulette pass hole(1.2). Curtain roulettes(13) are inserted from the roulette attachment spot(8) to the curtain movement channel( 1.1).

The curtain roulettes(13) inserted to the curtain movement channel(l .l), is distributed onto 10 the curtain carrying latch(3) in the curtain movement channel(l .l). This distribution is provided by moving the curtain carrying latch(3) while inserting the curtain roulettes(13). There are stepped guides(3.1) on the curtain carrying latch(3). These guides(3.1) hold the curtain roulettes(13) and realize their movement towards the curtain rod. Since the guides(3.1) are in a stepped structure within the direction of curtain hanging, pulling back is provided by » 5 releasing of the curtain roulettes(13) by curtain carrying latch(3)during pull back.

After the curtain roulettes(13) are inserted in the curtain movement channel(l .l), the curtain hanging apparatus is placed in the curtain inlet thanks to the head(2). In this case, it is perpendicular to the upper profile(l) and downwards. The connection between the curtain rod and the upper profile(l) is provided by the head(2). Curtain movement channel(l. l) moves SO within the head(2) also. Since the curtain carrying latch(3) is in flexible structure, it passes inrougn the head(2) and continues moving within the curtain rod and moves the roulettes(13) within the curtain rod in the curtain hanging direction.

The moving afm(7) is pulled after the head(2) is placed in the curtain rod inlet. In each pull of the moving arm(7); curtain carrying latch(3) is moved into the curtain rod to some extent. Thanks to the spring mechanism, the moving arm(7) returns to its original position after each pull. This way, the user can move the curtain carrying latch(3) continuously by pulling the movin arm(7) successively. When the user pulls the moving arm(7), he can get support from the handle(9) on the lower profile(6). The moving arm(7) is connected to the movement shaft(4) shaft by the carrying washer(lO). The movement of the moving arm(7), is transferred to the movement shaft(4) via shaft carrying washer(lO). The movement shaft(4) pushes the curtain carrying latch(3) to which it is attached, towards the curtain rod. The movement guide washers(l 1) on the movement shaft(4) provide the stable continuity of the movement.

The moving arm(7) can be produced as a turning arm via movement transmission gear. Moreover, with some changes in the production of the invention, it is also possible to activate the movement shaft(49 with a motor. In addition, curtain carrying latch(3) can be moved through the push arm to be installed on the movement shaft(4) or the currently available shaft return arm(4.1)

Curtain carrying latch(3) passes through the upper profile(l) and head(2) and enters into the curtain rod. At that instant the guides(3.1) are inserting the curtain roulettes(13) into the curtain rod.

After the curtain roulettes(13) are inserted into the curtain rod, curtain carrying latch(3) is pulled back. Pull back procedure is performed by the shaft return arm(4.1) on the movement shaft(4). During the curtain hanging action, the shaft return arm(4.1) moves on the lower profile channel(6.1) in the lower profile(6). Movement shaft(4) is pulled back from shaft return arm(4.1), and as a result, curtain carrying latch(3) also comes out of the curtain rod.
