Abstract:
A customer management device (10) includes an acquisition unit (110), and a determination unit (120). The acquisition unit (110) acquires first face information, and card identification information from a registration terminal (20). The determination unit (120), when the first face information satisfies a first criterion about whether or not verification is possible, stores the first face information and the card identification information in a storage unit (130) in association with each other (first registration processing), and performs processing for allowing a customer to enter a store. This processing may be, for example, outputting, to a store entry device (40), a command to open an automatic door, or outputting, to the store entry device (40), a command to open the automatic door (so-called unlocking) when the customer stands in front of the automatic door.
