Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of polymer material manufacturing, and relates in particular to a UHMWPE composition and a cut-resistant and creep-resistant fiber prepared therefrom. The ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) composition comprises the following components: modified graphene, modified silicon carbide whiskers, and UHMWPE. The UHMWPE composition provided by the present invention has excellent cut-resistance, high strength and high moldability. By adjusting the morphology of silicon carbide, the type of a coupling agent, the proportions, and so on, the present invention can improve creep resistance while solving the problems of cut-resistance, high strength and high moldability; moreover, the addition of the coupling agent in the formula causes the silicon carbide to be covered, thus preventing direct contact with the human body, thereby improving product performance while ensuring safety and ensuring that there are no toxic side effects.
