Abstract:
A cutaneous penetration enhancement method and a cutaneous penetration enhancer thereof, comprising a sponge spicule, or a composition of the sponge spicule, and a biologically-effective quantity of the sponge spicule. The cutaneous penetration enhancer can be applied to skin, overcome skin cuticle barriers and promote percutaneous absorption of drugs, vaccines and cosmetics, so that the drugs, the vaccines and the cosmetics enter layers of the skin or enter the blood circulation of the whole body through blood capillaries of the skin or lymph vessels, and can be delivered to the local zone of the skin or to the whole body, can also be used in skin protection cosmetics, and can promote the percutaneous absorption of drugs and active components.
