Abstract:
The surface of a breaker (5) facing a cutting plate (4) has a recessed part (52) formed thereon that gradually decreases in diameter from the outer peripheral edge part of the facing surface to the side away from the cutting plate (4), a through hole (51) is formed in the center of the breaker (5), and the cutting plate (4) and the breaker (5) are fastened together to an attachment surface (33) in a state in which the breaker is in close contact with the flat surface of the cutting plate (4) by screwing a screw (6) that passes through the through hole (51) into a tightening hole (33a) in a holder (3). Thus, it is possible to achieve a low-cost cutter (1) for tip dressing wherein swarf (7) does not accumulate around the breaker (5).
