Abstract:
A cutting device having a target material puncture determination function. The cutting device comprises a high-pressure water jet cutting mechanism, a variable signal acquisition mechanism, and a signal processing mechanism (4). The variable signal acquisition mechanism is connected with the signal processing mechanism (4). The variable signal acquisition mechanism acquires any one or two or all of: the tone and pitch of a sound, the vibration frequency of the target material, and the impact force applied to the target material by the high-pressure water jet, all of which are produced when cutting the target material with a high-pressure water jet. Before and after the target material is punctured, the tones and pitches of the produced sounds are different; the impact forces applied to the target material by the high-pressure water jet are different; and the vibration frequencies of the target material also are different. The variable signal acquisition mechanism is used to acquire variable signals which may be different before and after the target material is punctured, and the signal processing mechanism (4) is used to determine whether the variables change, thereby determining whether the target material is punctured. Therefore, control operation is easy and energy is saved.
