Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cutting machine for duck anus, the cutting machine comprising: a lever (73) having a lever fixing section (71) which is fixed to a lower part of a lower wheel (116), and a roller (75) of which the upper end is rotatably connected to a rotation shaft (72) of the lever fixing unit (71) and which moves along an outer surface of a lower cam (140) at the lower end thereof; a connecting bar (76) of which one end is fixed to the lever (73) by means of a fixing shaft (74) so as not to be rotatable, and which is formed with a slot (80) lengthwise; and a guiding unit (70) having a fixing part (78) including a fixing pin (79) of which the upper part is fixed to the lower wheel (116) and of which the lower end is inserted into the slot (80) of the connection bar (76) so as to be movable within the slot (80), and a duck-supporting support (85) which is connected to the other end of the connection bar (76).
