Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of precise machining tools, and discloses a cutting tool and a tool bit structure thereof. The tool bit structure comprises a connecting part and a cutting edge part arranged at a front end of the connecting part; the cutting edge part comprises a cutting body fixed at the front end of the connecting part and several first cutting edges; an outer surface of the cutting body is a cambered surface protruding outwards; the first cutting edges are spiral; the number S of the first cutting edges and the diameter D of the cutting body satisfy the following relationship: 4D ≤ S ≤ 15D; the diameter D of the cutting body is in the range of 0.5 mm to 32 mm; and the edge width L of each of the first cutting edges is in the range of 0.01 mm to 0.1 mm. The present invention has the beneficial effects of the cutting tool being used to mill a curved surface, the distribution density of the edges being higher with the same diameter, the surface roughness being good, and the machining efficiency being high; and when the cutting tool is applied in a CNC to machine a 3D glass graphite mold, a surface roughness of 90 nm can be achieved.
