Abstract:
A cutting type injurious medical waste destroying system, comprising a cutting subsystem, a storage subsystem, a control subsystem, and a power subsystem. A cutting piece (8) is provided in the cutting subsystem, and is rotated at high speed and moved directionally in a certain space, so as to cut the contaminated metal needles or operation blades, and the cutting piece is disinfected and humidified in the cutting process. The storage subsystem is filled with a disinfectant, and is used for storing and disinfecting the cut sharp parts. The control subsystem is connected to the power subsystem, and is used for automatically controlling the starting and stopping of the cutting action of the cutting subsystem. The power subsystem is used for controlling the rotation and movement of the cutting piece. By means of the system, the risk of re-injury to a treatment person in the treatment process is decreased, and the risk of pollution to environment by infectious wastes is decreased. After the treatment, only the tool tips and needle tips are the injurious wastes, so that the treatment cost is greatly reduced. Moreover, the treated injurious wastes can be stored for a longer time in a harmless way, and the treatment process of the injurious wastes can be simplified.
