Abstract:

A cyclone separator having a central cylinder made of a non-metallic refractory material comprises a housing (1) and the central cylinder (2). A side wall of the housing (1) is provided with an inlet (a). The top of the housing (1) is provided with an outlet (b). The central cylinder (2) divides a separation chamber into an outer separation chamber and an inner separation chamber. The outer separation chamber is in communication with the inlet (a). The inner separation chamber is in communication with the outlet (b). An inner wall of the separation chamber of the housing (1) is provided with a radial support beam (3). One end portion of the central cylinder (2) is connected to the top of the separation chamber of the housing (1) by means of masonry or pouring. The other end portion of the central cylinder (2) is connected to the radial support beam (3) by means of masonry or pouring. The separation chamber of the housing (1) is connected to the radial support beam (3) by means of masonry or pouring. The separation chamber, the central cylinder (2), and the radial support beam (3) of the housing (1) are all formed by a high-temperature and wear resistant material by means of masonry or pouring.
